The Koc family had imagined a vision for many years – of a future as independent business owners with their own food shop in Interlaken. In 2022, they fulfilled their dream and opened their shop. Bouygues Energies & Services was tasked with setting up the refrigeration and electrical systems.
The new grocery shop is called Marko and is ideally situated right in the heart of Interlaken. The town is very popular with tourists and is itself in a fantastic spot, between lakes Thun and Brienz in the Bernese Oberland region.

Bouygues Energies & Services was commissioned by our client, Marko GmbH, to install two sets of refrigeration equipment for the new shop. These were set up next to each other in the shop and are furnished with several shelves filled with fresh food and chilled drinks for customers to enjoy.
