As an employee in facility and property management at BYES, you will handle the design, maintenance and management of buildings and facilities in order to make their use as efficient as possible and to guarantee a smooth, sustainable and cost-efficient process – so that customers can focus on their core business.
Your area of responsibility is extensive and includes technical, commercial and organisational building management tasks relating to facility and property management. We analyse, monitor and optimise all processes relating to the planning and use of buildings and operating facilities on behalf of property owners, tenants and property managers. In our work, we are always guided by economic, environmental, health and social principles.
