Dynamic programme

Are you looking for the ideal entry into the world of facility management after your studies, where you can put your knowledge into practice and thus broaden your experience? Do you like to take on responsibility and see challenges as opportunities? Then we are the right place for you!

All graduates of a Bachelor’s degree programme at a university of applied sciences or university (e.g. in facility management) can join us as a junior facility manager and start their career in facility management as part of the Dynamic Programme.

 

The Dynamic Programme runs over a total of around 12 months. You will support your supervisor(s) in the daily challenges and gain a comprehensive insight into the respective area of facility management. You will put the knowledge you have acquired in your studies into practice on the job and expand it from day to day. On top of the on-the job-training, you will also be invited to internal and external training courses to optimally expand your expertise. ​And you will gradually take on more responsibility for tasks and your own projects. It is important to us that you learn from your errors – be brave and don’t be afraid to make mistakes, because they will take you further! Your initiative and courage will be highly valued throughout the entire Dynamic Programme and will support your growth.

 

During the Dynamic Programme, you will always receive the support you need: not only from your supervisors in the day-to-day challenges, but also from your mentor. Your mentor accompanies you through the Dynamic Programme, is available to answer questions about current challenges or your development, and can give you many good tips, because the mentors have been through these phases themselves.

 

It is also important to us that the “Dynamics” interact regularly. For this reason, we have established a community for which we organise various events throughout the year. The community meets to discuss experiences, recent challenges and successes, and to provide insights into the different areas of facility management. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know our business unit managers over lunch and discuss exciting topics. 

 

Our aim is to advance your skills so that you can assume greater responsibilities in the future, such as managing employees, direct customer care and larger projects. Facility management is a dynamic environment – and so is your development. When is the right time to take the next step in your career? It depends on your stage of development and the opportunities and needs of the situation.
